ที่ปรึกษาด้านกฎหมาย ผู้ตรวจสอบ หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เกี่ยวข้อง
หน่วยงานของรัฐ ศาล เจ้าหน้าที่ หรือหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจตามกฎหมาย

ผู้ให้บริการที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนเราจะได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้ข้อมูลเฉพาะตามคำสั่ง ขอบเขตหน้าที่ และวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดไว้ และจะต้องจัดให้มีมาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยที่เหมาะสม

เราไม่มีนโยบายขาย ให้เช่า หรือแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้า

หากมีการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปยังต่างประเทศ เราจะดำเนินการตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องและใช้มาตรการที่เหมาะสม เช่น:

ข้อมูลสำหรับการสมัครรับข่าวสารจะเก็บไว้จนกว่าท่านจะยกเลิกการสมัครหรือถอนความยินยอม เว้นแต่มีความจำเป็นต้องเก็บข้อมูลขั้นต่ำเพื่อบันทึกว่าท่านได้ยกเลิกการสมัครแล้ว

อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูล หรือการรับส่งข้อมูลผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตใดที่สามารถรับประกันความปลอดภัยได้อย่างสมบูรณ์

ท่านจึงควรใช้ความระมัดระวังเมื่อส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหรือข้อมูลสำคัญผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ต

13. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ท่านอาจมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้:

13.1 สิทธิในการถอนความยินยอม

ท่านมีสิทธิถอนความยินยอมที่เคยให้ไว้สำหรับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

การถอนความยินยอมจะไม่กระทบต่อความชอบด้วยกฎหมายของการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลที่ได้ดำเนินการก่อนการถอนความยินยอม
